When Cricket Wireless turned 20, they wanted to mark the occasion with an engaging, fan-focused celebration. As their agency partner, we conceptualized an experiential tour visiting Live Nation venues - ensuring the brand's big birthday was all about giving back to their loyal customers.
The core was a "surprise and delight" game letting fans win free Cricket swag - generating excitement around the milestone while capturing valuable consumer data and leads. The activation was a success, drawing crowds and leaving fans delighted. It continued with a massive headquarters bash, complete with a life-size celebratory cake.
Our work on this impactful campaign led to $100K+ in additional business. More importantly, it positioned Cricket as an innovative, customer-centric brand giving back to its loyal community.
