As a leader in childrenswear, Carter's relies on its wholesale network to drive the majority of revenue. My role is to develop engaging seasonal campaigns that support our nationwide retail partners, ensuring each program speaks to unique customer needs while reinforcing the Carter's brand.
The concepting process begins by deeply immersing in the distinct identities, demographics and sales objectives of partners like Kohl's and JCPenney. This research-driven approach informs a tailored creative direction.
We then ideate campaign concepts, exploring visual treatments, messaging and media to bring the Carter's aesthetic to life impactfully for each retail environment. Working hand-in-hand with marketing leadership, we refine and optimize each program, balancing brand consistency with retail-specific elements.
The result is a portfolio of work that upholds Carter's reputation for quality while resonating powerfully with diverse consumers - driving measurable results for both Carter's and our wholesale partners.
