Special districts are independent, special-purpose government entities that exist separately from state and local governments. To educate 200 special district leaders about the AT&T/Government Technology program and drive registrations for the Special Districts Summit Northeast, AT&T wanted a custom, high-end mailer.
Utilizing depth to intrigue viewers, this diorama featured iconography relevant to the various categories of special districts, while also collapsing neatly to fit within a sleek, black envelope with blue foil stamping.
