Special districts are independent, special-purpose government entities that exist separately from state and local governments, however many do not self-identify. AT&T was looking to target about 200 special district leaders in the Tristate area with a package identifying them as a special district, creating awareness of the AT&T/Government Technology program, and drive registrations for the Special Districts Summit Northeast. About 200 special districts leaders in the Tristate area were targeted with this mailing.
A collapsible diorama featuring iconography relevant to each category of special districts directs the recipient’s gaze to the Special Districts Program logo at the back of the scene. The mailer fits neatly inside a sleek, black envelope with blue foil stamping.
